ICPT2016 Conference Cancellation Policy

Cancellations, Refunds, & Transfers

We will only consider a cancellation when we receive a notice in writing 21 days before the event takes place. All requests for cancellations, refunds, and transfers should be mailed to icpt@photographyandtheory.com.

Requests for refunds within 21days prior to the start of the conference will not be eligible for a refund.

Emergency illness or extreme circumstances

In case you are unable to attend the conference due to an emergency – a medical issue or other extraordinary circumstances – we will conceder a partial refund or replacement. In such cases, requests should be mailed to icpt@photographyandtheory.com

Replacement/Transfer:

In the event that you are unable to attend for any reason the ICPT conference, after a successful registration as a participant and/or author, you can transfer your registration to another person, preferably from the same institute/organization, without penalty. You can mail your request with the detail of the person replacing you to the email: icpt@photographyandtheory.com
